Very professional staff, clean rooms, great food and the General Manager is a very hard working young lady that makes sure you have a great stay. She cares about the Guest making sure they are comfortable.
Solid experience. Front desk personnel were friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was mediocre. Quiet stay. Biggest complaint was price for value. Though I stayed in a king suite room (supposedly all they had left) and used my military discount, the room was still $91 which is fairly obscene given its location in a very small town.
Hotel staff was extremely pleasant. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and overall hotel was clean. I gave a 3 star rating due to know workout room and the pool wasn't clean enough to get it.
Clean rooms. Two comfy queen sized beds. Nice clean bathroom and shower.
Upon arrival we always do a room check. Our room had a fridge that did not work, the microwave had rust inside, toilet was dirty on the underside and was loose from the floor, mold in shower behind the culk and the smoke detector did not have a battery. I also found a dirty towel under the sink, beds were not very comfortable and my mom killed a bug that resembled a roach in the early hours of the AM. With that being said the front desk worker did come try to get the fridge working and we were promised a new fridge and microwave which both did not happen. The breakfast eggs were disgusting otherwise breakfast was decent hotel food. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcomed. It was not the worst hotel we could have stayed in but certainly not the best. I think some cleaning training needs to be done and the manager should be checking the rooms more closely.
